Cylindrical gears with internal and external toothing

With the extensive and modern machinery of PWT Group, we produce all imaginable cylindrical toothing (up to a diameter of Ø 3,000 mm). We produce both internal and external toothing. Toothing that is larger than Ø 3,000 mm is produced elsewhere in the PWT Group. The possibilities are endless!

Our machinery

We use the most modern CNC controlled machined and stateof- the-art tooling. It goes without saying that this has positive consequences for the quality, cycle times, speed and production costs.

  • Hydrostatically-guided main
    spindle.
  • Extremely productive and always accurate.
  • Adjustable height (so that the toothing can be brought within the machine’s range).
  • Maximum workpiece diameter: Ø 1,700 mm
  • Maximum modulus: 20 • Maximum toothwidth: 530 mm
  • Toothing quality: class 5-8 according to DIN 3962.

  • Full profile grinding machines from Gleason-Pfauter and Klingelnberg-Höfler.
  • Stable tailstock for tensioning shafts.
  • On-board measurement equipment for optimal final quality.
  • Also suitable for grinding and measuring (helical and straight) internal toothing.
  • Possibility to enter toothing corrections, angles, etc. directly in the modern Siemens 840 Dsl control.

We have a very wide range of the most modern machines, allowing us to provide optimal service. We do not only perform the toothing itself in our group, but can also perform all supporting machining.
